Digital Differential Geometry

With orther authors, I designed new methods to compute derivatives and partial derivative with integer only definitions. The first and basic version of this is through convolutions with binomial kernels, which are interger only approximations of gaussian kernels.

We now work on onter kernels and improve both the complexity of computations and the precision.

On a related topic, I work with my PhD student Colin Cartade on a new method for computing coordinate systems on meshes, with minimization of texture deformation (area, distances, angles).
